NEMAA Presents the 2017 AutumNE Member Art Show

Presented by the Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA), AutumNE (formerly Fall Fine Arts) is an annual exhibition of more than 150 of our members’artwork. It’s a great opportunity to view a vast collection of quality and diverse artwork, including painting, photography, sculpture, mixed-media art, and much more — all for sale in one location.

Art Attack 2017

Join us for an exciting weekend when we celebrate the 20th annual Art Attack at the Northrup King Building. Explore the photos and artifacts of 100 years of history at the Northrup King Building and the future forward through the arts.

Ingrid Restemayer Studio, #401-b will be open all three days of the event.

Art Attack 2017 features 300 visual artists, live music, interactive art experiences, food trucks, and free parking.

Rosalux Gallery 15 Year Anniversary Show

Cars crashing through doors, buildings exploding, bricks thrown through windows, economic collapse, and homelessness all sound like an apocalyptic action thriller, but in truth it is just a small part of the history of Rosalux Gallery. Rising from the ashes of the commercial gallery scene that dominated the twin cities art community in the 80’s and 90’s, Rosalux has grown to be one of the longest running truly independent galleries in the region. Rosalux has incubated and launched the careers of many of Minnesota’s most recognizable art figures and has continued to entertain and challenges it’s audience all the while. Join Rosalux this coming may to celebrate it’s 15th year and the artists that have made it what it is today!
I'm proud to be one of the vast and varied set of amazing Rosalux Gallery alumni artists. To celebrate its 15 year run, Rosalux is hosting a show featuring the work of current and former Rosalux artists. The gallery will be producing a special limited edition book chronicling the history of the gallery and it’s many highs and lows as well as the artists whose hard work and talent pushed Rosalux to the top of the gallery heap over the years.
There will be an opening reception on Saturday May 13th from 7-10 PM, and the exhibition will run through may 28th. Regular gallery hours are Saturday and Sunday from 12-4 PM. The gallery is located at 1400 Van Buren St Ne, Suite 195, Minneapolis, MN, 55413.
